However, if the code presents constraints that necessitate a variance or a board of adjustment hearing, we are eager to assist in navigating this process.
Design & Layouts

Permit Procurement
Upon signing your contract, our permit specialist begins the permitting process by submitting an application and detailed, to-scale drawings to your respective Pennsylvania municipality for their review, approval, or feedback.
We take care of the process and provide updates based on your desired level of involvement.
Fabrication
No matter the design, needs, or scale of your sign, our team’s 30+ years of expertise will ensure its realization.
Our staff includes professionals like sheet metal mechanics, CNC operators, welders, graphics applicators, paint finishers, and assembly workers.
Our 20,000 square-foot Wilmington, DE facility is equipped with the essential fabrication tools, including sheet metal shears, automated folders, CNC routing tables, automated channel letter makers, steel and aluminum welding stations, a finishing/assembly department, and a full-sized paint booth for a two-part acrylic polyurethane finish.
Installation
After years of partnering with growing companies in Eastern Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, we’ve gained a comprehensive knowledge of Pennsylvania. We ensure that your sign is installed accurately and quickly.
Our installation team, comprised of expert craftspeople and their helpers, utilizes our 22-piece fleet, which includes three cranes, eight bucket trucks, seven pick-up trucks, two flat deck trailers, one dump trailer, and one skid steer.
Within days or even hours, your sign will be prominently displayed and shining brightly.
Sign Maintenance, Service, & Repairs
In the event of storm damage to your sign or a malfunctioning light, our dedication to full service extends beyond the point of sale.
