Once you partner with us, a project manager will be assigned to you and your business. They will be your ultimate signage partner—your direct contact who will take care of all the details, track your budget, and be the first to solve any challenges and answer any questions.
They will guide it from start to finish, coordinating each part of your project with one of our team members from each department and making sure your signage is done right.
Set a bold standard in your signage partner.
One of our consultants will meet you on-site to take any necessary measurements or photos of the building. They will also identify any obstacles or challenges with your site, along with possible solutions. Typically, we look for accessibility to the sign’s current or future location. If there’s grass, overhead power lines, or uneven grade, that will affect the sign design.
Our goal is to keep you up-to-date from the start with this consultative approach. You’re our partner, and we want to make sure we’re meeting your vision’s standards and setting up your sign for long-term success.
Every township and landlord has unique building codes that have to be met. Our in-house permit specialist will investigate and gather the information based on your business’s location and zoning. If the signage you’ve envisioned is allowed by the code, we’ll move to the design process.
If the code does not allow your sign for whatever reason, a variance or board of adjustment hearing will be required. We’ll gladly help see this process through.
With the building specifications and code requirements in hand, it’s off to design. You’ll provide the colors, logo, artwork, and any other details you desire, and one of our designers will assemble a conceptual mock-up for your review.
Our in-house design team will work with you to scale your logos and designs or crafts new ones that fit your brand vision.
Based on the conceptual drawing, our estimating team so a budget/price can be put together and submitted for your review and comment.
This is where we can nail down the details and get the green light to start making your sign a reality, whether that’s discussing outdoor digital signage cost or simple box sign cost. Once the project is underway, your project manager will ensure the job stays in budget so that you can rest easy.
Once you’ve signed your contract, our permit specialist will begin the permitting process, which typically includes an application along with more detailed and to-scale drawings. These will be submitted to the municipality, who will review, approve, or provide any feedback.
We’ll manage and keep you updated as little or as much as you desire.

Great job with the sign replacement for our company! Replaced two building signs, replaced a monument sign in the front, and modified several signs.
Professional staff worked quickly and safely, all at a great price. Highly recommend!
