On-Site Consultation

Code Review
Each township and landlord has distinct building codes that must be adhered to. Our in-house permit specialist will investigate and collect information based on your business’s location and zoning in Lewes, Rehoboth, Bethany, Dewey, South Bethany, or Fenwick. If the envisioned signage complies with the code, we proceed to the design process.
In cases where the code poses restrictions, requiring a variance or board of adjustment hearing, we assist in navigating this process.
Design & Layouts
Armed with building specifications and code requirements, we embark on the design phase. You provide colors, logos, artwork, and details, and our designers create a conceptual mock-up for your review.
Our in-house design team collaborates with you to scale logos and designs or create new ones that align with your brand vision.
Budgets & Pricing
Using the conceptual drawing, our estimating team establishes a budget/price for your review and comment. This phase allows us to finalize details and obtain approval to commence the sign-making process.
Throughout the project, your project manager will be in charge of sticking to the budget, so you don’t have to.
Permit Procurement
After signing your contract, our permit specialist initiates the permitting process, involving an application and detailed, to-scale drawings. These are submitted to the municipality in your Delaware beach town for review, approval, or feedback.
We manage and update you as much or as little as you desire.
Fabrication
Whatever your sign design, needs, or scale, our team’s 30+ years of experience will see it through. Our staff includes sheet metal mechanics, CNC operators, welders, graphics applicators, paint finishers, and final assembly members to complete your project.

Installation

Installation is performed by our skilled installation craftsman and their helpers. These crews use our 22-piece fleet to complete your project including: three cranes, eight bucket trucks, seven pick-up trucks, two flat deck trailers, one dump trailer, and one skid steer.
